Adult Sunday School |

Adult classes are an important part of Sunday mornings here at Seven Oaks and we invite you to participate in any of the classes we offer.
Our Sunday School hour is from 9:45-10:45 am

Bible Study Class
This class consists of adults who can call on their varied past experiences as they study the Bible to strengthen their faith in today’s changing World. The class uses a Presbyterian Church (USA) denominational curriculum – The Present Word series to reflect on the Biblical text and act on what is discovered. The class meets on the ground floor of Building B.
The Fellowship Class
This class is studying three books from the Old Testament – Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon. The class meets on the ground floor of Building B.
Mini-Courses
Mini-Courses are short series of Bible study, theology, and special interest topics taught by leading experts in their field, which are offered twice during the Sunday School year. They feature topics and teachers of general interest to all adults and the adult classes combine to meet for these unique learning opportunities. Our first offering will be on the four Sundays of Advent.

The Cornerstone Class
This class is studying the curriculum from The Thoughtful Christian and explores such topics as current issues in the news, popular culture, world religions, spirituality, and Chrisian living. The class meets upstairs in Building B.
Roads & Anchors Class
This quarter the class is studying the book, New Testament Stories from the Back Side by J. Ellsworth Kales. The class has lively conversations and welcome newcomers. The class meets upstairs in Building B.
